I was visiting New York to spend some time with friends, and while I was there I ended up taking home a lovely little kitty from them. Since I planned to keep her, I wanted to get her spayed as soon as possible.My friends recommended VetQueens because they've been bringing their own pets there for years and always had good experiences. Honestly, that recommendation was enough for me.
Everything went really smooth. The staff was kind, answered all my questions, and took great care of my cat. The surgery went well and her recovery was quick. I was a bit nervous since I'm not from the area, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free.

As I first read many reviews I was a bit skeptical of visiting this practice. However it is one of the ones that have the best prices for documentation to travel with Pets. The staff is very diligent and to the point specially the receptionist, she was always kind to me and my dog. They explained that many people come for the same documen as me and sometimes didn’t even bring their dog or any medical records, I suggested you do bring documentation even if it is an emergency have a prepared folder in your google drive it wil always be useful.
Dr. Rezunova was always kind, respectful and gentle with me and my pup. She got me my documents timely, faster than I had expected.
My suggestion is go prepared with everything you need, specially for travelling and let them do their part.
P.S. my dog was never nervous to go there however she always was for going to other veterinarians.
