Dr. Katrina Rezunova is exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients.

Amanda is an absolute superstar—she was so kind, considerate, and reassuring. She treated my precious girl with such incredible care and affection.

The front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and compassionate. Making appointments was fast and easy. Confirmations came quickly via email. Appointments were kept with minimal wait times to be seen.

If you need a brilliant, caring veterinarian and an amazing support staff conveniently located near the Woodhaven Blvd subway and the Long Island Expressway in Rego Park, Queens, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I never could have imagined that my 20-year-old baby girl and I would have such a wonderful, stress-free experience going to the vet, but this clinic is truly incredible!The receptionist is extremely helpful and makes the front desk experience so smooth. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and clearly loves animals.Their technician is absolutely amazing. My cat is usually very sassy and "spicy" at the vet—at any other clinic, it would take 3 to 4 technicians just to get bloodwork or try to clip her nails. This tech is so zen, calm, and wonderful that she made my cat feel completely safe and relaxed. I never thought I’d see the day where my baby didn't freak out during an exam without being sedated! She explained everything perfectly, and it was mutual love at first sight between her and my cat.Then there is Dr. Rezunova—just WOW! She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring, and you can tell that becoming a vet was truly her calling in life. My cat was seen because she was vomiting and hadn't eaten for a few days. Dr. Rezunova expertly explained that we needed bloodwork and X-rays to check for any underlying issues. Unbelievably, they were able to get the bloodwork and X-rays done on my senior girl with zero sedation because she felt so safe with the doctor and tech.Dr. Rezunova gave her some injections to settle her upset belly and advised me on a bland food diet for a few days to give her tummy time to heal. On top of the exceptional care, the prices are incredibly fair and affordable, and they never try to upsell you on unnecessary tests or procedures.I have absolutely found my new vet. I only wish Dr. Rezunova could be my doctor, too! 😊

I brought my dog in for a routine check-up and had a really positive experience. Everyone at the clinic was kind and welcoming. The veterinarian took the time to examine my dog carefully and answered all of my questions. My dog was surprisingly calm during the visit, which says a lot because she's usually nervous at the vet. I'm very happy with the care we received. Thank you for your professionalism!

My wife brought our dog here for a check-up, and she was very happy with the service. The staff was friendly, and the veterinarian was very caring. We’ll definitely come back if we ever need a vet again.

Amazing service and loving staff.

I was visiting New York to spend some time with friends, and while I was there I ended up taking home a lovely little kitty from them. Since I planned to keep her, I wanted to get her spayed as soon as possible.My friends recommended VetQueens because they've been bringing their own pets there for years and always had good experiences. Honestly, that recommendation was enough for me.
Everything went really smooth. The staff was kind, answered all my questions, and took great care of my cat. The surgery went well and her recovery was quick. I was a bit nervous since I'm not from the area, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free.

As I first read many reviews I was a bit skeptical of visiting this practice. However it is one of the ones that have the best prices for documentation to travel with Pets. The staff is very diligent and to the point specially the receptionist, she was always kind to me and my dog. They explained that many people come for the same documen as me and sometimes didn’t even bring their dog or any medical records, I suggested you do bring documentation even if it is an emergency have a prepared folder in your google drive it wil always be useful.
Dr. Rezunova was always kind, respectful and gentle with me and my pup. She got me my documents timely, faster than I had expected.
My suggestion is go prepared with everything you need, specially for travelling and let them do their part.
P.S. my dog was never nervous to go there however she always was for going to other veterinarians.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this veterinary clinic for their outstanding support! We came here to obtain a travel certificate for our dog, Bonda, an Australian Shepherd travelling to Singapore, and the entire process was handled seamlessly.

The veterinarian was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining all the required documents and steps. What truly stood out was how proactive she was—regularly checking the status of our paperwork for us, even on weekends and outside of normal working hours. She clearly understood how nerve-wracking the USDA process can be and made herself available whenever we needed reassurance or updates.

All documents were prepared promptly and were successfully received just hours before our flight. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication, we were able to travel without stress.
